gud am fellow airsofters, ngayun lang ako nakapag-online ulit. lastweek we went back again to pnp headqurters here in cabanatuan and we talk to the one of police officer whats the status or updates of airsoft legalization here in nueva ecija? same pa rin ang result. wala! walang memo, fax or letter coming from FED Camp crame na narecieve nila. sabi nalang sa amin makipag-coordinate nalang kami sa chief of police & barangay captain kung saan lugar ang event/wargame para iwas sita. since wala pa ring balita dito sa amin. our question is: there is a such place lang ba or all over the philippines ang legalization. if there a person here in uaaph na makakapagbigay linaw or may contact sa FED about airsoft registration/legalization here in our place. sir maraming maraming salamat po. airsoft community here in our province is still growing, more aspirants/newbie are coming. please mga sir humingi po kami ng assistance sa inyo. ayaw po namin magkaproblema. once again maring maraming salamat po and mabuhay Airsoft communtiy.

JUST RECEIVED THIS FROM CEBU:
Bro,
So far first 4-5 batches of approved Airsoft Registration arrived already. More Registration are being sent to FED Crame for follow up.
Some concerns for clarification if we can shed light:
1) FESAGSS collecting PhP1,200 Tourney Fee. Are they allowed to do so? Basis?
2) FESAGSS collecting PhP60 per AEG from Tourney Organizers for Tourney AEG PTT per player. Everytime there's a tourney here, SPO1 XXXXxx visits the site and collect.
FESAGSS collecting PhP60 per AEG from players if they join Tourneys even if their Certificate of REgistration has not been released yet from FED ; How could we have AEG PTT w/o Certificate of Registration?
Airsofters complaining now being milked by our FED/FESAGSS.
We seek comments.

Re : Regional Airsoft registration concerns
and thanks for assistance in UAA Mass Registration
S I R S:
On behalf of the UNITED AIRSOFT ALLIANCE (UAA) we respectfully wish to convey our heartfelt thanks for kind assistance of FED in conducting the successful mass registrations held at Tigerland and Tribeca game sites last 19 and 26 April 2008. The several hundred enthusiasts who were able to register their airsoft guns at the said events likewise wish to convey their personal thanks to your kind office for the assistance and accommodation rendered by the PNP.
While we have already been conducting our information campaign via our game sites visits, talks, and the internet, we have become aware of some concerns that still hamper the registration process, particularly in the different Regions. Particularly, we wish to bring to your attention the some concerns that we have been getting from our brethren in the Regions.
Specifically, a large number of the PNP Regional Offices or FESAGS are either unaware of the PNP Circular No. 11, or they do not have the appropriate registration forms. Among those which do have the necessary forms, such offices are as yet unaware as to how to go about the registration process. In particular:
PNP Region 8 Tacloban
· No player has been able to register in FESAGS Tacloban since there are no forms for registration or PTT, and the local FESAGS does not know the procedure.
PNP Surigao (Caraga Station)
· No Copy of PNP Memo
· No Forms for registration or PTT
· Local PNP is requiring Mayor’s permit, provincial intelligence clearance, and R2 clearances as requirements for registration.
PNP Cabanatuan, Nueva Ecija
· No Copy of Memo
· No registration forms
PNP Davao
· Local PNP asking for Original Receipt and Deed of Sale, and mayor’s permit and clearances.
PNP CEBU
· FESAGS collecting tournament fees of P1200.
· P60 being charged for PTT per tournament
· SPO1 visits sites to collect every tournament.
Understandably, the foregoing problems have created some difficulties in the registration process, which we respectfully request that your good office look into.
Insofar as the players in the greater NCR are concerned, please note that in spite of our best efforts at educating and providing for two mass registration games, the registration process has been as yet insufficient to accommodate the approximately 200,000 guns that still need to be registered. The problem is not the unwillingness of the players to register but rather the lack of personnel, computers, and limitation of registration to working hours, which makes it difficult if not impossible to finish the registration by 8 July.
For which reason, we offer the following recommendations:
1. That the FED reiterate, check up, and conduct a educational program, for the regional commands who apparently are unaware of the Memo Circular No.11 or who do not have sufficient forms.
2. That the FED continue to assist the airsoft community in mass registration programs.
3. That the six month grace period which will end on 8 July 2008 be extended for an additional six months.
We look forward to your usual kind consideration and assistance on this matter. Should there be any need for clarification, we would be more than willing as usual to meet with you.
Very truly yours,

Update for Davao City
1.) If AEG declared old, no need of OR, DofS nor MP/C
2.) They don't require PTT unless traveling out of town, seems advantage in our part, meaning local official here is open minded and support airsoft.
But if applying for PTT, they require to submit Letter of Request ,expiration is not 1 year, months only.
3.) Visiting Crame FED require the Airsoft Store here to Apply Permit like GunStore(real steel) and need all AEG put in Vault.

Bro, the reason why we fought for the 1 yr one time PTT for 5 AEGs and applicable to all the REgions is to elim all the hassles of getting another PTT every now and then for our TOYS!
Unless Davao is now listed as a WAR Zone, then maybe okey lang na limited and duration sa PTT nyo.
As Far as the IRR is concen, one year one time PTT is allowed.

not a warzone...a very peaceful place dahil di nga kilangan ng PTT unless otherwise may ipadala ka sa aircargo or courier or out of town games baka maharang sa labas ng davao.
Obviously FED davao don't know when and how to issue ptt.
Sa akin walang hassle dahil di naman ako naglalaro out of town...

the above letter was sent and received. No official word of extension of the amnesty. However, last 10 july i was able to register 5 new guns. No OR, No appearance, No orange tip. Registration released next day. So there seems to be nothing to fear about the expiration of the amnesty period.
for assistance i would suggest you contact Ms. Lea from FED Licensing.

Same question as charliesoft. We have some team members who as late as now missed the cut and need to register their guns.

i dont think the expiration of the grace period should be a problem. game sites under the irr are unregulated. all that is required is a letter of coordination to the nearest police precinct. a sample is posted in this forum.
